Does Sweating, Breathing & Exercise Burn Fat?

What does "fat burning" mean?
It means breaking down stored fat (triglycerides) into energy, COâ‚‚, and water.
Does sweating burn fat?
No. Sweating is only water loss. Fat loss happens when fat is broken down for energy.
Does breathing more burn fat?
No. CO₂ is released only when fat is burned for energy. Extra breathing alone won’t help.
What happens when fat is lost?
Most fat becomes COâ‚‚ (exhaled). The rest leaves as water via sweat & urine.
Real ways to lose fat?
Exercise, calorie control, proper sleep & healthy diet. Not just sweating or breathing.
